Weslie James Lee Sterling

WESLIE JAMES LEE STERLING passed into eternal life shortly after being born into this world on the evening of Sunday, November 30, 2025 at M Health Fairview Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis.

Weslie was the son of Joshua Jacob Sterling and Carlyann Marie Elizabeth Pilaczynski, both of Waseca. He was born at 4:22 p.m. weighing 4lb 6oz and was 19 inches long. Incredibly cute and incredibly loved for his short life, doctors and nurses did everything they could for him until his last breath at 5:02 p.m. He will forever be our little angel baby and will forever remain in our hearts.

Weslie is survived by his mother, Carlyann Pilaczynski; his father, Josh Sterling; his maternal grandmother, Nicole Pilaczynski; his maternal grandfather, Kerry Watkins; his maternal great-grandmother, Anna Hoffman; his paternal grandmother, Renaye Crawford; his adopted paternal grandmother, Rachtel Schirmer; his adopted paternal grandfather, Jeremy Bergeron; maternal aunts and uncles, ShaQuan, Quan-Tra, Cheyenne, and Tessa; paternal aunts and uncles, Jayden, Colby, Trevor, Tessa, Jenna, Jasmine, Vanessa, and Alicia.

No public services will be held. Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Services in Waseca is assisting Weslie’s family with their arrangements.
