Janesville

TIMOTHY JOHN DANBERRY, age 62 of Janesville, passed away at his home surrounded by the love of his family on the morning of Monday March 9th, 2026.

Tim was born in Mankato on Nov 11, 1963, to Wallace and Cecilia (Devlaeminick) Danberry. He grew up in Janesville and attended Janesville Public School.

He married Amy Bollman on April 6th, 1984.

Tim began his career in farming, also in April of 1984, with Dill Company where he remained on staff through multiple mergers until he retired from Crystal Valley Co-op after 35 years in 2019. Throughout his career Tim wore many hats. He started as a manual laborer, custom applicator, and eventually he became a salesman. He always took great pride in his work, won many awards, and created lifelong friendships along the way.

Tim and Amy raised their family in the same home Tim grew up in. Their home became the gathering place for many things over the years including Bollman family Christmas', Sunday morning coffee, and weekly poker games with his friends.

As a family they spent many summers vacationing in Alexandria, MN where Tim passed on his love of all things fishing to his children and eventually his grandchildren.

Later on, he also looked forward to traveling to their home in Jamaica as often as possible.

Tim had a genuine love for life and people. He was always happiest when he was surrounded by family. It never mattered what they were doing as long as they were together.

Tim is survived by his wife, Amy of Janesville; three children, Amanda (Ben) Danberry-Schnepf and their son Trevell of North Mankato, Zach (Edyth) Danberry and their son Deegan of North Mankato, and Mike (Jenny) Danberry and their children Hailey, Brycan, Chloe, and Blake of Waseca; Siblings Dianna (Frank) Johnson of Waseca, Brenda (Steve) Melchior of Janesville, Jeff (Theresa) Danberry of Janesville, and Lisa Burley of Mankato; Siblings by marriage, Pete Bollman, Penny Winter, Donna Martinez, Tim (Kelly) Bollman, Tom (Nancy) Bollman, Terri Goyne, Mary Bollman, Jody Hall, and many well-loved nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Malerie Danberry; both of his parents; and three brothers, Roger, Wallis Jr, and Brad; parents-in-law, Carol & Peter Bollman; brothers-in-law, Chuck Bollman, Johnny Martinez, Jeff Goyne, and Darwin Winter, and sister-in-law, Janett Bollman. And Bob.
