Rachel Ruth Geary

RACHEL (KRAUSE) GEARY, age 92 of Burnsville, Minnesota passed away on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, and is now with her Heavenly Father. She was preceded in death by her parents Ervin and Esther Krause, brother’s Victor and Jim, and her beloved husband Rod. She is survived by her sister Gladys; daughter Rebecca, her grandchildren Josh and Julia, and great grandchildren Atlas and Oaklee. Her Son, David and his wife Stephanie, her grandchildren Ben, and his wife Mackenzie, Clay, Lauren, and Will; her great grandchild, Reece.

Rachel finished college with her teaching degree and taught school for many years. She had a special gift with children which carried on through teaching Good News Clubs through Child Evangelism Fellowship. She touched many young lives by sharing the gospel with her gift and will be greatly missed.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th at 11:00 AM at the Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service - Third Street Chapel – 109 3rd St. Ne. Waseca, MN 56093.

Luncheon held immediately following the service at the State Street Chapel – 711 N. State St., Waseca, MN 56093

Private family interment will be held at the Freedom Free Cemetery in Pemberton, MN.
