Wayne A. Melcher

WAYNE AARON MELCHER , age 53 of Owatonna died on Friday, September 27, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.

Born on September 29, 1959 in Rochester, Minnesota, he was the son of Manville and Shirley (Ellis) Melcher.  He attended school in Rochester before graduating from high school in Long Beach, CA.  Wayne owned and operated a towing company in Orange County, California for many years until retiring and moving to Owatonna in 2010.Â

He is survived by two sisters, Judith Melcher and Kimberley (Anthony) Difolco all of Green Cove Springs, FL; three nieces, Bryanna, Sophia, and Aubrey Difolco; aunts, Margaret Melcher of Walters and Charlotte Melcher of St. George, UT.  He is also survived by special cousin, Ronald Melcher of Owatonna and numerous other cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private funeral services are being held.
