LeAnn lived out her life's calling as a teacher. She taught for a short time in Nicollet before taking a break to raise her family. LeAnn later began working as an interpreter/tutor at Waldorf-Pemberton which later became Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton, touching the lives of many of her students. She finished her formal career as a paraprofessional at Dakota Meadows in Mankato. LeAnn continued to teach as a volunteer for many years at Risen Savior Lutheran School as a teachers aide. She was an active member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Alma City where she taught Sunday School, was a member of ladies aide, and directed the church choir and played the organ for many years. Blessed be her memory.
