Jon Wayne Warren

JON WAYNE WARREN, age 62, of Waseca, died, Saturday, January 6, 2024, at his home in Waseca.

Born on August 10, 1961, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he was the son of Jack and Judy (Lushenko) Warren. On December 20, 2017, he married Wendy Sell at the Waseca Arts Building in Waseca.

Jon was a master of all trades. He worked for Crysteel Trucking Equipment in Fridley, Minnesota. He was a very down-to-earth, comedic person who wore his heart on his sleeve. He loved and was loved by all; he would never hesitate to do anything to help someone in need. He loved hunting, fishing, cooking, working on vintage sleds, snowmobiling, and competing in Motocross in his younger years.

He is survived by his parents, Jack, and Judy; his wife, Wendy; children, Beau Warren (Grant Bible) of Brainerd, and Tashina Warren of Aitkin; siblings, Jay (Lisa) Warren of Lino Lakes, Jerry (Jacki) Warren of Hugo, Jina Hanson of Coon Rapids; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Kevin Hanson; his cousin and special friend, Fred Derewenko, and his aunt, Bev Wetzel.
