Dale Norbert Feser

DALE NORBERT FESER, 68 of Waseca, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024, at his home.

Born on January 30, 1956, in Denison, Iowa, he was the son of John and Elizabeth “Betty” (Schneider) Feser. He attended Harlan High School in Iowa, graduating in 1974. Dale worked for General Electric in Carroll, Iowa, for 10 years before moving to Waseca where he was employed with Cinch, formerly the E.F. Johnson Co., for 36 years. Dale was united in marriage to Lanae Kletscher on August 25, 2001, in the backyard of their Waseca home. Together they went on many fishing adventures, morel hunts, ice cream dates, drives around the countryside and up North. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends around the bonfire, doing projects around the house, turkey hunting, whittling diamond willow, and grilling and smoking meats. He especially enjoyed time with his grandson. He was a quiet man who will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Lanae of Waseca; daughter, Tara (Andrew) Jones of Elko New Market; and grandson, Bode Jones. He is also survived by siblings, Mary Ann Anastasi of Defiance, IA, Gary (Becky) Feser of Irwin, IA, and Tom Feser of Dennison, IA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug (Twilia) Kletscher of Westbrook, Audrey (Randy) Helbling of Faribault, Brian (Vicki) Kletscher of Lamberton, Monica (Tom) Davison of Waseca, and Brad (Joanne) Kletscher of Woodbury; many nieces and nephews; stepfamily from Lakeland, FL; and many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Ray Henkelman; father; brother-in-law, Denny Anastasi; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Elvern and Arlene Kletscher.

 A visitation celebrating Dale’s life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 1-4 PM at the State Street Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service in Waseca.
