Christien Jamarrion Ayala-Gibson, Jr.

CHRISTIEN JAMARRION AYALA-GIBSON JR was born and gained his wings at 2:33 p.m. on June 29, 2025 at Allina Hospital in Owatonna, Minnesota.

Baby Christien Jr’s parents are Christien Gibson and Hilaria Ayala of Waseca. They were eagerly awaiting their son’s arrival and are heartbroken that they didn’t have an opportunity to hear him laugh. They are certain that he would have been proud of his family’s heritage, overwhelmingly loved by his family and friends, and probably superstar ball player. They also know that even before his birth he DID NOT like pizza. His short life will leave a lasting legacy long after his departure, and he is already greatly missed by all who never knew him but loved him beyond measure.

Christien Jr. is survived by his parents, Christien Gibson and Hilaria Ayala; his grandparents, Tanisha and Julio Ceballos and Shannon Gibson and George Clerk; and many aunties; uncles; cousins; and their extended families.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Waseca. A visitation will be held for one hour before the service at the church.
