Nancy Jane, the daughter of Martin and Myrtle (Aldrich) Fenske, was born on September 18, 1947, in Faribault. She attended Faribault High School and graduated with the class of 1964 and on October 9, 1965, was united in marriage to James William Hansen in Faribault. Nancy attended Nurse''s Aide training and was a tremendous caregiver in the Faribault, Kilkenny, Waseca and Janesville areas for the past eighteen years.

Most of all, Nancy truly enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. A heavenly adventure awaits Nancy with God at the helm to touch even more lives with her tender heart and unselfishness. We will feel her love in the glow of each sunset.

She is survived by her husband James of rural Janesville; her children and families, and Scott (Tracey) Hansen and children, Brittany and Jason Hansen and Briona and Jaden Thomson of Janesville, and Jimmy Hansen and children, Ava and Nolan of Waseca; her sisters, Judy Miller-Thomas of Prior Lake and Dorothy Mae Hansen of Mankato; and by

many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Raymond (Jim) and Nilla (Andrews) Hansen; and also by her brother-in-law, Raymond Howard Hansen Jr.

Nancy''s family would like to thank the many family and friends and also the caring staff at Mayo Health Systems in Mankato for all their gracious help and support during this difficult time.
