Emma L Sack January 18, 1925 - March 10, 2015

Emma L. Sack, age 90, of Janesville passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems Hospital in Mankato following an extended illness.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Arnoldt- McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory in Janesville. Interment will be held at the Janesville Cemetery.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

Emma Louise, daughter of Arthur and Mabel (Morris) Fowler, was born on January 18, 1925 in Mankato, MN. She was baptized in Good Thunder. She attended school in Mankato. Emma later met and was united in marriage to Ervin Sack. They were married for over 60 years. She worked at the canning factory for a number of years before starting her career at E.F. Johnson, where she worked for 25 years. She also helped Ervin on the farm. Emma enjoyed gardening, flowers, and she loved to travel.

Emma is survived by her husband, Ervin Sack of Janesville; sister, Leona Sack of Janesville; brother, Walter (Joan) Fowler of Waseca; and by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by 8 brothers and sisters.
