Elaine L. Bartz, age 67 of Waseca, died on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at St. Mary''s Hospital in Rochester. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. Steve Bohling, Officiate. Interment will be in the Woodville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at McRaith Funeral Home and Crematory in Waseca, and will continue on Monday afternoon for one hour prior to services, at church. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred. Elaine Lydia was born on May 10, 1943 in Waseca, Minnesota to Roy and Leona (Quickstad) Bartz. She graduated from Waseca High School in 1961. Following high school Elaine began a long career with Brown Printing of Waseca. She retired after 38 years of service. Elaine has resided in Waseca her entire life. She enjoyed dancing, shopping, watching movies, and time spent visiting with family and friends. Elaine thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren, especially watching them swim and fish at the lake. She is survived by her two daughters; Shanna Bartz of Janesville, Stacey (Dan) Hansen of Mantorville; her brother Russell (Nancy) Bartz of Savage, her sister, Deanna Winegar (Doug Oaski) of Waseca; by her seven grandchildren, Corben Hansen, Megan Hansen, Mallory Hansen and Emma Hansen all of Mantorville and David Bartz, Devin Bartz and Ravyn Crawford all of Janesville; by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her two sisters Barbara Jean Johnson and Judith Ann Wakefield. Casket Bearers are Russell Bartz, Corben Hansen, David Bartz, Terry Carlson and Dan Hansen.
